5 Legal Basis for Processing

6 Sharing and Disclosure of Your Data

6.1 Service Providers

7 Data Retention

- Account and Identity Data — retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following permanent account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML record-keeping requirements.
- Financial Transaction Records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, or longer where required by specific regulatory direction from PAGCOR or the AMLC.
- Gaming Activity Data — retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years following account closure for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Customer Support Records — retained for three (3) years from the date of the support interaction, or longer where the interaction relates to an unresolved dispute or legal proceeding.
- Technical and Device Data — typically retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless required to be retained longer for a specific security investigation.
